Responsibilities
- Video Production & Editing
- Edit marketing videos, product promos, social media content, and corporate videos according to NESQ’s brand identity.
- Produce short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Create long‑form videos such as company documentaries, behind‑the‑scenes content, and campaign materials.
- Concept Development & Scripting
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative visual concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Assist in preparing scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and pre‑production ideas.
- Provide visual recommendations based on current industry trends and modern design styles.
- Filming & On‑Site Production
- Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting gear, and other production tools during shoots.
- Set up proper composition, framing, and lighting to ensure high‑quality footage.
- Capture B‑roll and on‑site visuals at factories, offices, events, cattle farms, or retail locations.
- File Management & Media Organization
- Organize and manage all raw footage, audio files, and graphic assets systematically.
- Export final videos in suitable formats based on the requirements of each platform.
- Perform regular backups to prevent data loss.
- Graphics & Visual Enhancements
- Create basic motion graphics, lower thirds, animated text, and simple visual effects.
- Design eye‑catching thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms.
- Ensure consistency in color grading, tone, and NESQ branding across all video outputs.
- Social Media Optimization
- Stay updated with platform‑specific trends, formats, and best practices.
- Produce engaging content that increases reach, impressions, and audience engagement.
- Ensure every video complies with platform guidelines (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Event Coverage & Corporate Activities
- Record video coverage during product launches, roadshows, media events, and corporate programs.
- Produce event recap videos with strong storytelling and compelling visuals.
- Provide creative and technical support for on‑ground NESQ events.
- Cross‑Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, PR, and Management teams to deliver accurate messaging.
- Communicate professionally with external collaborators such as influencers, agencies, or freelancers.
- Apply feedback effectively while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control & Brand Alignment
- Review all videos before publication to ensure quality, clarity, and professionalism.
- Maintain visual style consistency that reflects NESQ’s lifestyle branding and new expansion into beef distribution.
- Continuously improve video quality through fresh ideas and creative innovations.
- Timeline & Deadline Management
- Complete videos within the scheduled timeline.
- Handle high‑pressure deadlines, especially during launches or major campaigns.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to avoid delays and ensure smooth workflow.
