A local veterinary clinic in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to provide support in pet care, including grooming, cleaning surgical equipment, and maintaining inventory. Veterinary Assistant / Pembantu Veterinar

• Assist with toe nail trims; ear cleanings
• Grooming
• Cleaning of surgical equipment;
• Re‑fill or replenish drugs, pet foods and consumables
• Maintaining cleaning supply inventory;
• Assist in preparing food, medicate and provide necessary veterinary nursing care for in‑patients.
• Always maintaining a high standard of patient care; and assisting the assistants, technicians and doctors in any way asked to do so.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect cages and common areas.
• Maintain and upkeep of feeding utensils.
• Maintain filing and maintaining charts;
• Appropriate record keeping; knowledge of computer system (Kreloses); filling prescriptions (with technician direction)
• Assist clients with multiple pets or large purchases

Requirements

• Diploma in relevant field.
• Non Diploma holder can apply.
• Able to follow directions with and without supervision.

Operation Hours

10am to 7pm – 6 days a week
