We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations with a focus on vendor management. You will collaborate closely with our team to execute initiatives, collect data, and assist with audits. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in both ongoing and upcoming projects, offering valuable exposure to procurement and finance operations within our organization.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduate to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé for Vendor Management under Corporate Finance & Procurement Department, joining us as early in January 2026.

Job responsibility

• Provide support to assist the line manager or superior in the day-to-day vendor management, administrative works and operations tasks.
• Assist in new vendors registration process and related into the vendor portal.
• Assist in updating vendors information into the ERP system and Approved Supplier List (ASL) List.

Minimum requirements

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields with strong interest in Oil and Gas sector and supply chain line of work.
• Technical skills: Knowledge in Power BI & well versed in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word PowerPoint).
• Soft skills: Excellent in communication, problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, and time management
• Other skills: Eagerness to learn, Attention to details, Good in documentations
• Internship experience with supply chain operations would be an advantage
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Can work at our office located in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
• Local graduates are encouraged to apply
