Overview

Valuation Division of HBM Kuantan Office currently seeking dynamic and career-minded individuals including fresh graduates to take on an exciting and challenging role. The job requires someone who can communicate clearly, confidently and with strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct groundwork for site inspection (i.e. identifying the location of subject property, gathering sales evidence and duplicating relevant plans and documents for reference).
2. Prepare & compile full set Valuation Report with supervision from Senior Valuer or Valuation Manager.
3. Handle inquiries from banks, solicitors and any individual parties vested in the area of valuation.
4. Perform other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Professional and Academic Background

1. At least 2 years working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Possess a Degree / Advanced Diploma with a focus on Valuation or equivalent.
3. Mature, initiative, self-motivated and capable to work independently and also a good team player in handling certain corporate cases.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
5. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as necessitated by work assignments.
6. Fluent spoken, written & good command in English and Bahasa with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Other language skills (Chinese, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
7. Possess own transportation.
