We’re looking for Senior UX Designers to join our dynamic team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify opportunities for experience improvement and develop solutions that impact our product value.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine user experiences by leading the execution of end-to-end user journeys, creating intuitive features and leveraging on usability test results to iterate and refine on ideas.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
• Lead, conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex problems and user needs into simple, eIective solutions.
• Communicate and present your work by presenting rationales, thought processes to stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and buy-ins.

Qualifications

• Requirement
  • Education Background: At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related field
  • Experiences: Minimum 5 years UX design experience, focus on UX than UI, (preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team for a product-driven business) & min 2 years of management skills
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
    • Proficient with wireframe & prototype tools like Figma (Preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
    • Have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (PS), Adobe Illustrator (AI) or any related editing software. Expertise in Web usability, general UX.
    • Experience leading UIUX team.
    • Experience communicating and work closely with team members including designers, product managers and front-end developers to ensure the high quality of product being delivered.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects at scale.
    • Strong storytelling and communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
    • Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and visual aesthetics.
    • Enhance, create, and document components into design systems and values consistency.
    • Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives.
