• Manage and work with warehouse supervisor to monitor truck loading efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive rates.
• Train ground team to ensure operation execution follows SOP.
• Respond to customer needs effectively.
