Customer Communication & Service
  • Ensure professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
  • Assist travellers with additional service requests such as insurance claims, airline issues, and supplier verifications.
Data & Documentation Management
  • Maintain and update client information in the database and customer list.
  • Keep proper documentation for audits and future reference.
  • Assist travel consultants with quotations, bookings, and special requests.
  • Search and arrange flights for deviations, upgrades, additional baggage, or preferred seating.
  • Coordinate with hotels for special arrangements or room preferences.
Tour Coordination & Pre-Departure Support
  • Prepare comprehensive tour information.
  • Assist with visa applications for foreign participants.
  • Set up group chats for pre-tour coordination, and reminders.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts accurately.
  • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing travel documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle general office administration and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Other Responsibilities
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by the direct manager.
