Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a travel industry.
• General working knowledge of Travel Industry and related technologies.
• Experience with project management.

Responsibilities

• Handle and track all telephone, email & walk-in enquiries.
• Make reservations and issue tickets/documents for clients.
• Calculate rates for tickets and E-tickets.
• Provide up to date information on air fares & travel matters.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of reservations systems (GDS)

Good command of MS Office and Excel

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management

Certificate or Diploma in Ticketing / IATA / Travel / Tourism / Hospitality
