Transport & Route Planning & Coordination
- Plan daily transport schedules and delivery routes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
- Monitor in-transit statuses in the Navision system.
POD (Proof of Delivery) Management
- Call each driver to submit POD at the end of the delivery.
- Update delivery statuses and POD information into the Navision system.
- Update the reason code for any failed deliveries.
Outbound Shipment Documentations & GPS Updating
- Extract delivery address for all KV deliveries.
- Update the GPS coordinates into Navision.
- Print out DS and DN into the system.
- Pass DS to the Inventory team to update/register Navision (Drop Stocks).
- Print out DN and DS for each driver and ensure it is checked and verified.
- Match any Tag Showroom product to the driver.
Returns Stocks/ Bring Down
- Monitor any returns or bring down from drivers who are unable to deliver due to customer deferring shipment.
- Plan for the next delivery to match the new orders drivers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years experience in transport planning, POD handling or a related logistics role; experience in a 3PL environment is a strong advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Good communication skills with fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Must be willing to work in Seksyen 22, Shah Alam, under the stated 6 full days weekly rotational schedule.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1hour lunch break).
