Job Summary:

The Training Programme Associate supports the implementation and management of employee training programmes to enhance workforce development. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring smooth logistical arrangements while assisting in tracking programme progress and preparing periodic reports. The role also includes delivering technical training sessions and acting as a trainer in relevant areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and administration of employee training programmes.
  • Coordinate training schedules and communicate with trainers and trainees.
  • Manage logistical arrangements such as venue, materials preparation, and equipment setup.
  • Assist in tracking training attendance and programme progress.
  • Prepare periodic reports on training activities, outcomes, and feedback.
  • Maintain and manage training records and databases.
  • Ensure training activities adhere to medical device regulatory standards.
  • Respond to inquiries related to training programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support training needs.
  • Deliver technical training sessions, particularly in CNC operations and other manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or technical certification in Precision Machining, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
