Job summary

A leading health supplement company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Event & Training professional to manage impactful training initiatives and corporate events. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the health supplement industry, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and the ability to effectively plan and coordinate various training and event logistics. Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Event & Training professional to lead and execute impactful training initiatives and corporate events that support business growth, sales performance, and brand engagement. This role requires strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities
Training & Development
  • Identify training and development needs aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and implement training programs for sales teams, new recruits, and outlet pharmacists.
  • Develop and manage quarterly and annual training calendars.
  • Coordinate training logistics including venues, trainers, materials, and schedules.
  • Prepare and manage training budgets and track expenses.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Act as a point of contact for product‑related training enquiries.
Event Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and support corporate events, workshops, and marketing or sales events.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure smooth event execution and on‑site coordination.
  • Gather post‑event feedback and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
Others
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the health supplement industry, with experience as a trainer and/or event management.
  • Process Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Dietary, Food Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi‑task and manage time effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both the English language and Mandarin.
