Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to work long-distance trips and flexible hours.
  • Physically fit and able to handle basic vehicle inspections.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and drive trailer trucks safely for deliveries to various outstation locations.
  • Transport goods according to schedule and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, following safety standards.
  • Perform routine checks on the trailer/truck to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Report any mechanical issues, breakdowns, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain proper documentation, delivery orders, and logs for each trip.
  • Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company SOPs.
  • Cooperate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery flow.
