A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Management Accounting Specialist to support the Sales & Marketing team in Trade Spend Operations. This includes verifying and approving Sales Deduction conditions and payments, reviewing submission documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong communication skills, and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MsOffice is essential, while SAP and Business Warehouse knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance-related major (Business Admin, Business Studies) or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills with customer focus.
  • Analytical and creative with good business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MsOffice required; SAP and Business Warehouse advantages.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales & Marketing team in Trade Spend Operations.
  • Verify and approve Sales Deduction submissions.
  • Review evidence documents for timely payment settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with Sales Agreements and Margin Structure.
  • Maintain communication for promotional activities.
