Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and tech‑savvy Trade Digital and Transformation Manager to lead digital adoption and process optimization across trade channels. This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of digital trade strategies aligned with commercial objectives
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to digitize trade marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Assisting in the rollout of digital tools and platforms across retail and distributor networks
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within trade operations
  • Driving change management initiatives to support adoption of new digital solutions
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts
