  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
  • 8–12 years’ experience in tour operations and management, including 4–6 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Tour Operations Manager)
  • Energetic and forward‑thinking leader with proven ability to inspire and engage teams
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in revenue growth, yield management, and cost optimization
  • Hands‑on, solutions‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with staff, guests, and stakeholders
  • Passionate about sustainability, cultural awareness, and delivering meaningful guest experiences
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature.
Responsibility
  • Develop inbound and outbound tour packages and itineraries, including research on destinations, attractions, experiences, and accommodation options
  • Liaise and negotiate with hotels, ground handlers, transport providers, and attraction partners to secure competitive rates and maintain strong relationships
  • Prepare package costings, quotations, and pricing proposals based on market demand and seasonality
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on brochures, promotions, and campaign content, and represent the company at travel fairs, inspection trips, or FAM programs when required
  • Manage the booking process from reservation to confirmation, ensure accurate operational documents, and handle last‑minute changes or emergencies
  • Monitor vendor service quality, gather customer and tour leader feedback, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on visa requirements, travel regulations, and tourism trends; support preparation of tour leader assignments and travel documents; maintain accurate booking records in internal systems
  • Work with the finance team on payment tracking, supplier invoicing, and cost reconciliation
  • Team Leadership: manage, train, and motivate operations teams, setting service standards and evaluating performance.
