Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all assembly tooling and jigs to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust faulty tooling to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect, test, and verify tooling compliance with calibration and specification requirements.
• Provide technical support to operators and line leaders on assembly-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and tooling usage.
• Ensure safe operation of tools and equipment in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Assist in the installation of new tooling and support Engineering Change Notices (ECN).

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in tooling, jig, or fixture maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic troubleshooting skills with familiarity in using hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
