Job description

Tasked with coordinating, developing and implementing localized sales and marketing strategies. Provide guidance and coaching to team members to drive them toward achieving annual sales targets. Ensure the accuracy of collection, production and servicing reports. Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements and upholding service levels for both the company and its subsidiary operations at TMCC/IFiC.

Job Description
  1. Sales Strategy Implementation
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies at the branch level to meet or exceed sales targets
  2. Customer Relationship Management
    • Foster positive relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge and Promotion
    • Stay informed about the company’s products and services and actively promote them to customers to drive sales growth.
  4. Reporting
    • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, maintenance, collections and servicing reports to management.
  5. Compliance and Documentation
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate and organized documentation related to sales and servicing.
  6. Training and Development
    • Continuously train and develop self and team members on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service skills to enhance overall branch performance
  7. Problem Resolution
    • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. Operational Efficiency
    • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations, including premise maintenance tasks.
  9. Performance Metric
    • Track and evaluate key performance indicators related to sales and servicing, implementing improvement strategies as needed.
  10. Task Rotation
    • Verifying the accuracy of end-of-day processing, including branch summaries and the verification process.
    • Monitoring and resolving outstanding credit control issues within specified timelines.
  11. Ad-hoc Duties
    • Perform any ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the Takaful/financial services industry
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with Takaful products and services
  • Experience in managing customer relationship and resolving issues.
