A prestigious hotel group is seeking a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong. The role involves providing excellent service, greeting guests, and supervising the Club's operations. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting and possess strong customer service and leadership skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is essential.

Qualifications

We are looking for a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

Responsibilities
  • Understand guest preference and provide quality service
  • Greet VIP / Club guest and bid farewell
  • Provide a smooth check in and check out experience, as well as F&B services to guests
  • Handle inquiries and collect feedback from guests
  • Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel’s policies and procedures
  • Supervise The Club & Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at the Front Office/ Guest Relations in world class service Hotels
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated independent individuals
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
