Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in demand planning or a related role in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner using Advanced Planning software.
• Strong analytical skills and ideally some proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Strong business proficiency in both English and Thai is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
• Supervise and analyze forecast accuracy, value, and bias.
• Provide insights on demand trends and risks to improve planning accuracy.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and regional S&OP Managers.
