Job description

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the full Test Operation and responsible for operation profit and cost control in order to fulfill the Management objectives and meet customer expectation in respect of achieving production output, compliance of quality, standards with low reject rate and on time delivery of goods.
• Lead Engineering Group to achieve operation goals in yield, quality, output, on time delivery, productivity, cycle time and cost.
• Managing the Test Operations to maximize the utilization of all resources so as to maintain a high level of productivity and plan, directing and ensuring timely delivery of good quality product and profit maximization.
• Initiate problem‑solving programs and preventive measures for overall improvement in effectiveness and to minimize loss.
• Identify Shadows new businesses or upsell to existing clients to at least meet agreed sales targets.
• Ensure all Test employees comply with company operating policies, procedures andbusiness-level standards.
• Coordinate, manage and lead process and manufacturing engineers and supervisors.
• Improve Test unit cost of all packages.
• Support New Product introduction in Testing.
• Any other task assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree or Master Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Material, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
• 6 to 8 years experience in process/product Engineering.
• Dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills.
