We believe in the power of programmable assets and believe traditional financial instruments can be originated, traded and served better leveraging blockchain technologies. Our current product focus is funds, credit and structured products with a view to expand these offerings in-line with market demands.

Having recently closed our Series A investment with major financial institutions such as HSBC, Marketnode is now well positioned for it’s next growth phase and is looking for aTest Engineer leading overall delivery efforts for our platform and data services offerings. The role is responsible for planning, designing, executing, and maintaining test activities to ensure product quality across functional and integrated systems. This role involves collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to identify issues early, improve test coverage, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation practices.

Key responsibilities:
  • Analyze user stories, requirements, and design documents to define comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
  • Perform API and integration testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely bug resolution.
  • Support non-functional testing (e.g., performance, security, usability) as required.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test strategy updates, and test reports.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in engineering / software quality assurance, with 2+ in automation.
  • Have domain knowledge for financial services.
  • Knowledge of Blockchain / Web3 testing.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, bug tracking systems, and QA methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
