Overview

Our client, a fast-growing platform transforming cross-border and local services, is seeking a skilled Test Development Engineer to design automated testing frameworks, execute test cases, and collaborate with development teams. You will perform performance, stress, and security testing, improve processes, and contribute to design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Write and execute detailed test cases, both manual and automated, based on requirements and design documents.
• Create and maintain stable, reusable automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and conduct regression testing.
• Perform regular performance, stress, and security testing to ensure system stability.
• Analyze test results, report issues, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in product and technical design reviews to ensure testability.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test development, with at least 1 year in automated testing framework development.
• Proficient in tools like Selenium, Appium, Jest, JUnit, and capable of building and optimizing test frameworks.
• Experience in performance testing with tools like JMeter.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and integration with automated tests.
• Familiar with Git and defect management tools (Jira, Bugzilla).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in API, database, and web/mobile testing is a plus.
