Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant fit-out and reinstatement processes.
• Monitor tenant design submissions for compliance.
• Liaise with leasing and facilities management.
• Manage Standard Operating Procedures for fit-out.
• Accountable for all tenant fit-out works.
• Handle contractor work permit approvals.
