The role includes providing clerical support, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and handling administrative tasks related to benefits and employee inquiries. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in a relevant field and have prior administrative experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Studies, Administration, or related field.
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an HR environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain HR systems.
  • Process, organize, and file HR documentation including employee records.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates as needed.
  • Administer and process travel and medical claims accurately.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries or direct them to HR personnel.
