Job Responsibilities
  1. Handle daily cash transactions, including receipts, payments, and reimbursement reviews.
  2. Manage company bank accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and online banking operations.
  3. Prepare daily cash and bank reconciliation reports.
  4. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, and assist in follow-up collections and payments.
  5. Assist in foreign exchange transactions and related documentation.
  6. Maintain and organize cash and banking documents and records.
  7. Support the finance department in other administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements

  3. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and financial software.
