Digital PA Singapore (DPA) helps businesses scale through customised software systems, ERP solutions, AI automation, and e-commerce platforms. We also support our clients with digital marketing and tech stack optimisation. As demand for tailored solutions increases, we are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is goal‑oriented and thrives on earning performance‑based rewards. You will have the flexibility to work from home, giving you full control over your environment and earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
    • Make outbound calls to business leads provided by the company.
    • Introduce and pitch Digital Marketing & AI CRM solutions.
    • Qualify prospects based on script and criteria.
    • Secure appointments for the Singapore Sales Team.
    • Update lead status, call notes, and appointment details in the CRM.
    • Follow up with warm leads and reattempt unreachable prospects.
    • Ensure call productivity targets and appointment KPIs are met.
  • Script Adherence & Sales Support
    • Follow company telemarketing scripts, objection‑handling guidelines, and SOPs.
    • Provide clear feedback on lead quality and customer responses.
    • Support sales team with accurate information and timely handover of appointments.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
    • Maintain daily call logs and appointment reports.
    • Track personal KPIs (calls made, answered calls, appointments booked).
    • Participate in weekly update meetings with the sales team.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams
    • Work closely with Sales Director, Project Coordinator, and Admin Team.
    • Raise issues with call systems, CRM access, or client feedback promptly.
    • Continuously refine calling approach to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, call centre, or outbound sales preferred.
  • Strong command of English (clear, confident speaking).
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain positive attitude.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have stable internet connection.
  • Familiar with CRM tools or willing to learn quickly.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently from home.

Fixed salary RM 3,000 – RM 4,500, depending on experience.

Remote working – save time & transport cost.

Training provided on products, scripts, and CRM usage.

Opportunities for promotion to Senior Telemarketer / Sales Development Rep (SDR).

Stable role with a Singapore‑based company (Digital PA).

Language Requirement: English (Required), Mandarin is a bonus but not mandatory.
