In this role, you will pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and email campaigns while building relationships with potential customers. Ideally, you should have a diploma in Marketing or Sales and 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this position, which also offers the chance to exceed sales targets while collaborating with various internal teams.

Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and email campaigns to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
