Kreloses is one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing clinic management platforms, trusted by thousands of veterinary, dental, and medical clinics across Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. We’re continuing to scale rapidly and expanding into new verticals including dental, aesthetics, chiropractic, and physiotherapy.

We’re looking for a driven, confident, people-focused communicator to join us as a Telemarketer and help fuel our next stage of regional growth.

Your Role

As a Telemarketer at Kreloses, you’ll be the first connection between our platform and potential clients. You will create strong first impressions, spark meaningful conversations, and guide clinic owners toward discovering how Kreloses can transform their daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reach out to new clinics via phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Start genuine conversations and introduce Kreloses’ value in a clear, compelling way.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality demo meetings for our sales team.
  • Keep the CRM clean, updated, and organized.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects who show interest.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in telesales, lead generation, or client outreach.
  • Confident, friendly communicator, comfortable starting conversations with clinic owners.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Organized, proactive, and driven by results.
  • Tech-savvy and curious about the SaaS industry.
  • Able to start immediately or within 1 month.
