Responsibilities:

To call customer remind for monthly installment

To update customers information & details in system

Advise customers to proceed with necessary action regarding pending payment

Assist customers for any inquiries related

Try to negotiate with customers

Follow up the payment response as promised by the customers

Ensure monthly instalment been paid as scheduled

Requirements:

Minimum SPM passed

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Well knowledge of PC and proficiency in MS Office

Listening skills to empathize and listen to other person’s ideas.

Persuasion skills to move others into positive action, attitudes, and behaviour.
