Telco Retail Assistant (RM3000/Uncapped Commission)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telco Retail Assistant to join our team in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. This role is integral to the success of our retail operations, providing excellent customer service and driving sales of our telecommunications products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience
  • Demonstrating and promoting our telecommunication products and services to customers
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Accurately processing customer orders and payments
  • Maintaining the store's visual merchandising and stock presentation standards
  • Collaborating with the wider retail team to contribute to the overall success of the store
What we\'re looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and the capacity to learn about new telecommunications offerings
  • A target-driven mindset and the motivation to exceed sales goals
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Working Hours

Mall Outlet: 4 working days, 3 off days (based on mall operation hours)

Shop Lot Outlet: 5 working days, 2 off days (9:30AM – 6:30PM)
