• Inspect and maintain electrical and plumbing systems.

Job description

Responsible to reports all technical issues to Manager.

Responsible to do inspections and perform maintenance to all electrical, air- conditioning, plumbing works and others.

Responsible to record of daily maintenance checklist and daily storage area control records.

Responsible to emergency maintenace requests as required.

Responsible to carry out schedule preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment.

Responsible to repair equipment and control circuits.

Provide support to Immediate Superior in ad – hoc duties.
