Rigel Malaysia is a leading provider of innovative bathroom and sanitary solutions, committed to sustainability, quality, and advanced technology. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for plumbing and electrical installation of sensor and sanitary products.
• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot all Rigel sensor and sanitary products at client sites.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification works.
• Prepare detailed technical and service reports for internal and client documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Conduct product training, demonstrations, and provide after‑sales service support.
• Assist Sales and Project teams with technical advice and coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, electrical systems, or sanitary ware installation.
• Hands‑on experience in servicing and repairing sensor systems or sanitary fittings is an advantage.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and report‑writing skills.
• Willing to travel for project and service support when required.
