Production Technician Responsibilities

• Machine Operator Maintenance Duties included mold installation, machine set-up, start-up and process troubleshooting of plastic injection molding machines.
• Performed set-up, running, monitoring and troubleshooting of all injection molding machines and equipment.
• Trouble shoot, Set-up, Process and maintained injection molding machines.
• Operate and install molds in injection molding machines set-up machines for process.
• Experienced in tooling changes and initial injection molding press set-up.
• Performed set-up, running, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Changed molds and set-up equipment.
• Acquired Molding Press Set-up Skills.

Maintenance Technician - Mechanical / Electrical Responsibilities (1 Vacancy)

• Perform general maintenance work.
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• To be responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance issues within the department.
• Attend to repair and monitor any mechanical and electrical issues.
• Recommend ordering parts and keep track of spare parts within department.
• To ensure 5S of work area is maintained at all time.
• Diagnoses cause of malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as required.
