• Familiar with testing instruments such as Multimeter and Oscilloscope.
• Ability to conduct firmware installation and keycode generation.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to support device assembly, testing and overall production activities. The ideal candidate with hands‑on experience in manufacturing processes is capable of ensuring high‑quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for device assembly and testing.
• Responsible for the preparation of testing system.
• Conduct firmware installation and keycode generation according customer requests.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance for torque driver and equipment.
• Perform Run‑In of device.
• Ensuring the operations of SAP routing.
• Print the calibration certificates and calibration reports (if any).
• Perform optical inspection during assembly activity by following work inspection.
• Ensure testing equipment is established in the equipment database.
• Communicate with technical team regarding test program issues.
• Perform first level troubleshooting on the final testing failure.
• Perform Final Inspection.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 year's experience in manufacturing, device assembly and final testing.
• Familiar with assembly tools such as torque driver, screwdriver.
• Familiar with testing instrument such as Multimeter, Power Supply, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator and Spectrum Analyzer is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• SAP ERP knowledge is a plus.
