Qualifications

• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Plant Operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repair all machine (breakdown and preventive maintenance) to avoid operations interrupted.
• Operate, supervise, control and monitor industrial effluent treatment system (IETS).
• Ensure control document such as work order and safety form to meet all SOP requirements.
• Provide safety briefing and supervise contractor according to OSHA 1994.
• Apply innovation methods such as modifying machine components to achieve cost-effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure repair all machine (breakdown and preventive maintenance), utilities, laundry equipment, and operation in order to avoid operations interrupted
• To operate, supervise, control and monitoring on industrial effluent treatment system (IETS) and Schedule Waste Store to achieve requirement as per doe act.
• Ensure control document such as work order, record data (IETS and Schedule Waste), safety form and spare part form in order to meet all sop requirement.
• Provide safety briefing, 6s implementation, housekeeping, PPE implementation and supervise contractor accordance with osha 1994.
• Apply innovation method such as modify machine component, DMS board and LEAN project implementation to achieve cost effectives.

Job Requirements

• High School Certificate specialised in Mechanical or Civil or Electrical Engineering
• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Plant Operations
