Job description

Technician (Dispensers, Aircons - Kuala Lumpur)

• Location: Kuala Lumpur
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am 6pm
• Industry: Scents & Fragrance Industry
• Salary: Up to RM4000 + Additional Allowances + Incentives

Job Scope:

1. System Installation & Servicing

• Support the installation, servicing and maintenance of fragrance systems and related equipment at client sites
• Perform scheduled maintenance, refilling, and troubleshooting of scenting units
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met across all service operations

2. Customer Support

• Attend to client service requests and perform timely corrective actions
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company as a trusted service partner
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients on site issues and resolutions

3. Operational Support

• Manage service schedules and ensure accurate reporting after each visit
• Assist in maintaining inventory of fragrance oils and equipment parts
• Provide feedback to improve service processes and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• No Experience required, Training will be provided.
• Basic mechanical or electrical understanding preferred.
• Prior experience or knowledge in HVAC systems preferred.
• Aircon Servicing experience will be highly advantageous.
• Experience in technical servicing, maintenance or fieldwork will have a competitive edge.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to create documents, reports, presentations, and manage communications.
• Class 3 Driving License preferred.

• 支持香氛系统及相关设备在客户现场的安装、服务和维护
• 进行定期维护、补充香氛油，以及排查香氛设备故障

2. 客户支持

• 处理客户服务请求并及时进行纠正措施
• 保持专业形象，代表公司成为值得信赖的服务伙伴
• 与内部团队及客户有效沟通现场问题及解决方案

3. 运营支持

• 管理服务安排，并在每次访问后确保准确记录
• 协助维护香氛油及设备零件的库存
• 提供反馈以改善服务流程及提升运营效率

职位要求：

• 无需经验，可提供培训
• 具备基本机械或电气知识者优先
• 有暖通空调（HVAC）相关知识或经验者优先
• 有空调维修经验者将具备显著优势
• 具备技术服务、维修或现场工作经验者更具竞争力
• 基本掌握 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook），可用于撰写文件、报告、制作简报及处理沟通事项
• 持有 3 号驾照者优先
