Job summary

Qualifications

  • Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends.

Position Goals

To perform Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, General Building maintenance and inspection to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.

Duties And Responsibilities

Perform daily inspection to ensure that it meets the client’s standard. Respond to requests from any departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day. Initiates Work Order request from supervisor to ensure that any defects, which he may observe, receive attention. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan. Keeps his superiors fully informed on the progress of work and how it affects the daily operation. Supervise third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines. Liaise with other departments to determine the work required by them and advise them regarding the correct operation of equipment. Maintain the proper use and storage of tools and equipment including spare parts. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures 24 hours on call standby regarding critical equipment’s.

  • Power system interruption (UPS, generator, switchboard, lighting trip anything related to electrical system)
  • Cooling system abnormal (CRAC unit, air conditioning system any issues related to HVAC system)
  • Fire protection system abnormal. (Gas suppression system, smoke and heat detection, fire extinguisher, VESDA and anything related to fire monitoring and protection system)
  • Water leaks detection system.
  • Any other system assigned.
