Qualifications

Job description

Daily routine checking and maintenance all riser switchboards from level to level.

To check and maintain all pumps, conducting test running manually if necessary.

To maintain and carry out repairs of lighting, sockets and electrical fittings located in the common area.

To assist the A&P department on temporary lighting during promotion periods.

To ensure all M&E rooms are locked, clean and tidy.

To assist in the handling of tenancy fit-out co-ordination as well as tenants’ requests.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or related areas.
