Overview

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and tools used in semiconductor production.
• Process Monitoring & Control: Monitor and control production processes to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards. Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new and existing equipment.
• Technical Support: Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact product quality or yield. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, process adjustments, and equipment performance.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices within the manufacturing environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, and improving process efficiency.
• Quality Mindset: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the work.

Qualifications

• Possesses at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics) or similar disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Semiconductor or similar high-tech Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to equipment and processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
