Responsibilities

• Carry out service repair and maintenance jobs both in workshops and in the field.
• Manage repair orders, ensuring all lines are closed and documented.
• Communicate with relevant teams for any additional repairs needed.

Job description

Carry out service repair / maintenance jobs in the workshop and field on our products sold as instructed.

Close in and out every line in repair order that the technician work on.

Prepare write-up of job course and correction on the repair order.

Order parts for service job and safe keep fauty parts completing each service job to return to customer / warranty reference.

Refer to service literature for specific requirement.

Ensure the safe usage and storage of diagnostic tools, special Service Tools, garage tools and equipment.

Always communicate with Job Controller, Customer Service Officer, Head of Aftersales for any additional repair required during carrying up any job.

Return Repair Order to Job Controller upon all job completion.

Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.

• Technical Certificate from MLVK
• Diploma in Automotive (Diagnostic Technician)

Experience

• Completed 3 years apprentice training OR with 1-2 years of experience as mechanic.
