Qualifications

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience as maintenance staff in any industries, preferable in food industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the efficiency of tools / equipment & safety for entire facilities.
• Monitor production output, analyse machine downtime, investigate line issues and optimize overall equipment effectiveness.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for machine and factory facilities, including routine tasks in the maintenance and repair of buildings related facilities and equipment.
• To ensure all factory machineries and utilities are in optimal conditions at all times.
• Troubleshoots and repair machine during downtime.
• Assist to set up all machines based on product specification.
• Maintain a clean & organized workplace while completing task related to maintenance, repair & installation job.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Any other task as assigned by superior or management.
