Qualifications

• Minimum SKM Level 2 certification in Mechanical Engineering / “Mekanikal Jentera Berat” or equivalent.
• Hands-on knowledge in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Skilled in equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking in addressing mechanical issues.
• Good spatial and mechanical reasoning, with ability to operate and maintain complex systems such as fuel pump engines for fire protection and diesel engines integrated with AC generators.
• Demonstrated work ethic, reliability, and responsibility, with proven punctuality and commitment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, able to work with cross-functional teams (electrical, operations, and HSE).
• Willing to work overtime and on-call rotations to ensure continuous operational support.

Responsibilities

• Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Execute Corrective Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Contractors: Oversee and coordinate third-party contractors performing maintenance or repair work on mechanical systems.
• Ensure System Reliability: Monitor mechanical infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation, including HVAC, fire protection, cargo lifts, fuel engine pumps, gensets and other facility systems.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and contractor performance. Ensure that completed tasks are promptly closed out in the facility management system (Facility Bot) upon completion.
• Support Facility Operations: Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall facility performance and respond to maintenance related issues.
• Emergency Response: Participate in emergency maintenance and repair efforts as needed, including during off-hours or on-call shifts.
