Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in carrying out daily operational activities.
• Operate production machines in accordance with the established SOPs.
• Respond promptly to minor machine abnormalities to ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor intermediate products to ensure timely processing and smooth workflow.
• Ensure all produced items meet the company’s quality standards.
• Address product abnormalities and work to reduce rework rates.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and minimize wastage during production.
• Perform minor machine adjustments to maintain optimal machine performance and utilization.
• Uphold 5S practices and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the working area.
