Job description

To perform installation, service/repair and commissioning of the machineries/automotive equipment.

To provide after sales service and technical support to customer.

To attend to customer’s feedback, enquiries and complaints on technical issues.

Follow up on the preparation/packing, delivery and handover of equipment sold by the company.

Ensure all installation, service and repair jobs progress are on time or according to schedule.

Provide technical advice to sales team and customer on installation requirement and service needs.

To provide training to customers / end-users.

Responsible for the upkeep of all tools and equipment in the company.

Any other jobs or assignment that may be assigned accordingly at the discretion of the company

Requirements

Having a good work attitude and being passionate about work.

Must possess a spirit of teamwork.

Those familiar with automotive maintenance and repair equipment are preferred.

Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay languages.

Good problem-solving skills.

Be able to travelling or work outstation (if required).

Candidate with experiments will be considered for technical supervisor/manager role.
