Install, configure, and maintain security and fire protection systems, including alarm systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms.

Conduct routine inspections and tests of security and fire protection equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Diagnose and repair system faults and malfunctions promptly.

Perform preventative maintenance on security and fire protection systems to minimize downtime.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and team members.

Collaborate with the sales team to assist in system design and provide technical expertise during the sales process.

Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in security and fire protection systems.

Qualifications
  • Technical or vocational training in electronics or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a technician in the security and fire protection industry.
