What We’re Looking For
  • Education & Experience:Diploma or higher, with 2+ years’ experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

  • Language Skills:Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay to support a diverse customer base.

  • Technical Aptitude:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
