Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ working experience in a related field with strong technical knowledge in networking products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations within established timelines with right pricing.
• Work with Brand Principals to get special pricing for tenders or projects.
• Keep funnel reports and job sheets up to date.
• Provide technical support and product training to the internal sales team.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers when required.
