Responsibilities
  • Leading the continuous sales efforts for hydraulic cylinder and accumulator overhauls, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Conducting accurate cost calculations and post-project evaluations to ensure profitability.
  • Preparing detailed quotations in a timely manner to meet customer needs.
  • Efficiently planning manpower requirements for projects to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Managing the disposition of materials for projects to ensure proper utilization and cost control.
  • Providing effective support in workshop and field service operations as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Possess knowledge and hands‑on experience in handling Hydraulic Power Units, Cylinders, Accumulators and related hydraulic system components.
  • Have 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Sales Manager in the hydraulic business within the marine and offshore industry.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
