Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Project Manager to oversee and execute small‑to‑medium scale technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams, ensuring vendor alignment, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead and manage small‑to‑medium scale projects, including new system implementations, system migrations, and system upgrades/expansions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escape issues when necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and standardization initiatives.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between users, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Establish strong working relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with the client’s regulations at all times.
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring all deliverables in the Statement of Work (SOW) are completed on time, within quality standards, and accompanied by complete documentation.
Governance, Documentation & Compliance
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Project Governance Working Team meetings when required.
  • Ensure all project‑related documentation is completed, accurate, and comprehensive.
