Job description

OVERVIEW

• To ensure high availability and completeness of plant drawings with proper control, update and documentation as well as to manage the plant and machinery identification system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• To coordinate and execute all engineering electrical, machinery and also as-built drawings for design.
• Development and construction of plant and machinery and also as-built drawings to the physical dimensions.
• To manage plant and machinery identification system.
• To ensure all drawings are properly label and ensure easy retrieval.
• To maintain backup of every drawing in case of fire or hard dish crash.
• To ensure security of each and every drawing from unauthorized circulation with proper stamping.
• To assist project manager/engineer to draft any technical drawings for the project.
• To print working drawing for project planning or implementation.
• To prepare sketches, diagrams, single line drawings, and when required, making field checks in connection to the physical dimensions.
• To perform drafting and revisions of drawings and specification documents.
• Any other tasks that assigned by your superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum certificate in industrial graphics drawing.
• Has experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks is an added advantage.

Technical and Professional Knowledge

• Good knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Utilize and understand precision measuring tools.
• Able to carry out site work and site measurement.
• Able to planning and organizing work.
